When you receive your reports, the company will invite you to book with a DNA certified health practitioner to review the results and develop a plan together. The reports offer targeted lifestyle recommendations based on areas of genetic risk. This is something you will be able to offer your clients once you have passed your exam.
With the report, you don’t just get an idea of the genes you have. You get a discussion on how to empower your genes to achieve optimal health through real-world diet, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations.
Use will be able to use genetic testing for diet, fitness and health to help people make better every day preventative health decisions. The DNA results are delivered in an easy to read report that enables smart health decisions grounded in accurate data. Let’s take a look!
Things to keep in mind:
DNA test results are not a diagnostic tool. If test results show a variation in the ability to metabolize a certain vitamin, it does not mean the individual necessarily has low levels of that specific vitamin. DNA shows a genetic predisposition that has potential to develop and influence your current state of health. It helps target the areas that are most important to watch and monitor.
Genetics are just one piece of the puzzle. Your emotional state, your lifestyle to that point, external environment (including food and toxins) and more also influence your health.
